...maybe you can tell me if this is a frivolous request. Though maybe you're in need of a little practice run anyhow. I sure hope my first batch of seitan comes out good, and I could use your help. It's got a little less than an hour to boil, and then I fry it. Or you can cross your fingers for me, or chant, or whatever you do.
